Launch of the International Observatory of Excellence TEIC-EICLAB
The International Centre of Excellence of the GAIA-EICLAB TEICs arises from the need to boost a business competitiveness cluster based on a new model of providing strategic information for decision making action-oriented, much more accurate, quickly and close to the market reality.
The new model developed by GAIA Observatory seeks to answer the bottleneck of current models of traditional strategic observatories, unprepared to meet the needs of companies in times of uncertainty and crisis like the present.
The ICLAB responds to the information needs of enterprises under the model Cluster + based on the concept of open innovation and developed within the framework of the project "Cluster + Developing The New Cluster Model Through Intercluster Collaboration" funded by the AEIs of MINETUR File Number: AEI-010400-2011-42.
EICLAB focuses on its nature as a dynamic tool that provides a useful service to all its members and the sector as a whole, capturing information directly from the international level by those most excellent agents in TEIC and GAIA. Specifically:
- Identify needs based on the situation of the production of our cluster and contrasting with the best international practices in the sector.
- Identify opportunities, with the provision of a technology watch service, market and competitive intelligence directly with those most internationally excellent in every field.
